How to combine shipping for different orders?You combine shipping in the following situation:
1 If you place more than one order for one time and the shipping address for them is the same. For this situation, we will ship the goods automatically by combine shipping.
2 You have ordered one item and another later. For this situation, only if the former one hasn't been shipped out that we can combine shipping for you.
Attention: We ususlly ship the goods 1-2 working days after you place the order. If you place another order 3 or more days later, you should contact us to comfirm first.
3 The two orders you placed at beginning are different addresses. For this situation, you can ask us for combine shipping before both items shipped.
How to do to change the shipping method and shipping address?
What should you do if you want to change your shipping method and shipping address?
(1) When our customer service is online, you can directly chat with us to help you change the information.
(2) When our customer service is not online, you can leave a message or e-mail to us on our website.
Attention: It's too late for you to contact us that the goods has been shipped out, then there is no way to change.

This situation may be caused by the following reasons:

Kindly note: If your shipping address is remote area, we will ship your goods by EMS instead of DHL. As EMS is powerful and can reach most places. If you insist on shipping by DHL, you need to pay the extra remote fee.

Standard airmail: Singapore Post & Hongkong Post
1 DHL, EMS and Singapore Post are our usual shipment methods.
After you make the payment, we will ship the goods to you. If your commodity value exceeds 150USD, we will ship your goods by DHL or EMS. Instead, if your item value is less than 150USD, we will ship your goods by Singapore post.

2) EMS Service is available only to specific countries: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, France, etc.
3) We can use the special shipment as your authorized agent.
