Problem:
After activate Super Star C3 EPC software, one of the C3 multiplexer users can not find WIS short cut on the program screen.
Here is the screen shot of his operation menu:
But he checked and referred to the video instruction, the correct operation is shown as the screen shot of correction below:
NOTE: WIS/ASRA shortcut marked red circle above was missing
Solution:
The EPC has been activated already. Please check the WIS shortcut on your computer desktop and open it.
If you cannot find WIS on the desktop or the desktop WIS shortcut can not open, find out the WIS shortcut from software folder or file.
