Vediamo Software is used by the plant engineers to develop diagnosis and engineering software, which is now used by Xentry and DAS. Both Vediamo V4.2 and Vediamo V5.00.5 are Star Diagnostic development and engineering software for vehicle models. They are actually different software working on different Star diagnostic systems.

Similarities:

Both Vediamo V4.2 and Vediamo V5.00.5 are able to enlarge the STAR multiplexer ECU programming capability, like car program, setting code, change the SA Code function etc.

Differences:

Ⅰ STAR MUX:

Vediamo V4.2: Star C3 Multiplexer (Super Star C3, best quality Star C3, lowest price Star C3, Star C3 with seven cables)
Vediamo V5.00.5: SD Connect Compact C4

Ⅱ WAY OF USE:

Vediamo V4.2:

The package contains chip. V4.2, No need dongle (Package has the software and chip. After you change the chip, just run the software. Software has license itself. No need activate again.) If your laptop has DAS/Xentry software of star C3 and STAR C3 Multiplexer contain PIC12F(C,CE)5xx chip, then you can use this one. Needs you have the basic skills for disassele and soldering. This one needs to desolder on the main unit manually.

Vediamo V5.00.5:

It is the software program only. So it needs to install the software.

1) Contact our customer service to offer the software download link after purchase. Save the setup and patch onto the Disk C:/
2) Install the setup and patch.
3) Replace all files in “C:\Program Files\Vediamo\BIN”
4) Run Vediamo from Desktop shortcut and start using the software

Ⅲ LICENSE:

Vediamo V4.2: software V4.2 itself has license.

Vediamo V5.00.5: has no license limitation.

Ⅳ ACTIVATION

Vediamo V4.2: software does not need activation

Vediamo V5.00.5: has to activate the software
