STAR C3/ SDconnect C4 XENTRY Error (solved)

Description

Here are the problems and solutions when using XENTRY Diagnostics for STAR C3 or SD CONNECT COMPACT 4 multiplexer.

1. Internal error: (3.17)- 3.219
2. Default: [2221-38]
3. Another instance of “is already running: Exit”

1. Internal error: (3.17)- 3.219 You must contact the User Help Desk
 STAR C3/ SDconnect C4 XENTRY Error

Solution:
Go to “Local Disk (C:)\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\LicDir”
Delete the file “lic-key2.dat”
Re-activate the software.

2. Default: [2221-38]
star c3 xentry prompts that the version you used is too low, please install the latest software.

Solution:
Re-set “2011.8.30” as Date and Time of your laptop.

3. Another instance of “is already running: Exit”
Another instance of “is already running: Exit” in 2014.12 STAR C3/C4 XENTRY.

Solution:
It means that you have open two Xentry.
