Why SD C4 Initialization of diagnosis multiplexer failed
HI Apple,
I am sorry to say that two of my SD C4s are faulty. The 1st unit loses its connection to the DAS software (photos to follow). Then I get an error “Initialization of diagnosis multiplexer failed”. Does not go to sleep correctly – it runs the batteries flat very quickly. (0.050amps current draw when in sleep mode). I follow the “possible causes” guide but the problem is still there. What could be the real cause?

Thank you for your message. There are another 4 possible reasons that cause the error.
1. The link between the diagnosis multiplexer and the computer is interrupted.
2. The link between its software on the computer and the machine is corrupted because of bad connection.
3. The software that you installed on your computer is not the right version.
4. The Star C4 SD Connect machine breaks down.
