One of our customers has activated his 2014.05V STAR C3 Software HDD DELL Format. But he newly loaded a new Internet Explorer on his Dell 630 windows XP laptop and re-activated the software. When run the software, he noticed that he can not open the EWANet EPC WIS, but no problem with other IDs.
Possible Reason:
The problem is caused by different explorer. Star C3/C4 DAS and XENTRY software should be installed and run in certain Internet Explorer.
Solution:
Do not change the Internet Explorer. Please install and activate the Star C3/C4 software on same Internet Explorer.
