2015.09V Star C3 initialization of diagnosis multiplexer failed

Star C3 Initialization of diagnosis multiplexer failed solution provided by MBStarTool.com.

 

Problem:

I have got the 2015.09V  Star C3 Dell format hard drive DAS Xentry fully activated. Xentry run no problem. But the Dell d630 laptop cannot detected the C3 multiplexer, saying “Initialization of diagnosis multiplexer failed”. COM Port was set to 1.  Some error screenshots attached:

Solution:
COM port should be set to COM2 but not COM1.
