Customer question:
I have ordered and acivate the 2016.03V Star diagnosis hard drive DAS Xentry etc. But when i connect the Star C3 multiplexer with W212 2010, the xentry gave me error "Initialization of the multiplexer has failed". Possible reason:
Star C3 has been built with older firmware, if C3 works with new 2016V DAS XENTRY, it will failed to do some newer models. 2015.12V star diagnostic software works better with Star C3.
SD Connect C4/SD C5 work better with 2016V DAS Xentry.
